1. Getting Started
- Add some users. There are 3 types of users you can add
- Packer (Buffet attendant for Buffet and Server for dine-in): A person who enters order into the app and pack it once cooked. Create a packer account for each packer and each buffet attendant
- Cook: A person who cooks to order. Create a cook account for each cook.
- Manager: A person who can add or delete a Packer or Cook user. Create a manager account for each manager
- Enter menu items into the app
- You can also do everything a packer and manager can do.
What you need
- Android 5 (or higher) phone with reliable WiFi internet connection.
- Keep your Google account signed-in on the device while using the app
3. User management
- On the User page, you can see each user's User name, Gmail user name (for example, for "david123@gmail.com", the Gmail user name is "david123"). If a user is a cook, you can also see his/her assigned posts, such as wok, fried rice and Deep fryer.
- To add a user, tap the "+" icon and provide the following information: User name, Gmail user name, user type
- To delete a user, simply tap it
3. Menu item management
- On the item page, you can view all available items. If an existing item is not visible, search for it by its name, code and category; if it's a meal item, such as Dinner for 5, you can also search for it by its short name.
- To add a new item, tap the "+" icon and provide the following information: Item name, item name in Chinese and which category it belongs to. If it's regular item, which posts(such as deep fryer, fried rice and wok) are responsible to make it.
- To edit or delete an item, simply tap it
